1/ The State and the Organized Crime: Legal Approach with Socio-Economic Dimensions–Money Laundering Crime as a Case Study–Laboratory: It is affiliated with the University of Bouira, at the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences. It was established by the decision N° 70, dated on February 21st, 2015, under the presidency of Prof. Dr. Si Youcef Kassi. It is currently under the presidency of Dr. Chehani Samir since February 03rd, 2019, and it includes 6 research teams focusing on the following topics:

The Legislative Framework of the Organized Crime, under the presidency of Prof. Dr. Sourour Mohamed.

The Social and Economic Implications of the Organized Crime, under the presidency of Prof. Dr. Groumi Hamid.

International Efforts to Combat the Organized Crime, under the presidency of Prof. Dr. Reda Ahmed.

Money Laundering in the Light of the Organized Crime: The Unlawful Drug Trafficking Model, under the presidency of Prof. Si Youcef Kassi.

Cybercrimes, under the presidency of Dr. Chehani Samir.

Human Trafficking Crimes, under the presidency of Dr. Dharifi Sadiq.

The research laboratory currently includes 77 researchers, including professors, researchers, and doctoral students, distributed among the six mentioned teams.

The laboratory has organized several significant scientific activities, including:

An international conference on « Money Laundering: Criminalization, Implications, Combat… Internationally and Nationally » on February 22-23, 2016.

An international conference on « Human Trafficking: New Forms and Current Challenges » on April 16-17, 2018.

It currently publishes a peer-reviewed scientific journal called « The Legal Analyst, » with a standard international journal number ISSN: 7914-2710. The first issue was released in June 2019.

Presentation of the laboratory:

The laboratory of the individual, the family and society: A psycho-sociological perspective is concerned with the promotion of research and studies, which are included in the multiple specialties framework between sociology, psychology, anthropology, educational and communication sciences that meet to tackle the psychological, sociological, educational and cultural phenomena.

The idea emerged from considering the fact that the individual is not able to develop only by the continuous and constant interaction among a group, starting by the family to the extended family to society with its private and standard specifications by gathering efforts in the various fields of science.
