The Vice Rectorate of External Relations, Cooperation, Animation, Communication and Scientific Events of Akli Mouhand Oulhaj University of Bouira was created according to the executive decree n° 12-241 dated 14 Rajab 1433 corresponding to 04 June 2012. The main function of this vice rectorate is to apply and develop the international policy and the globalization of Bouira University. This vice rectorate is in charge of:
- Promoting relations between the university and its socio-economic environment and launching partnership programs.
- Initiating any action to promote inter-universities exchanges and cooperation in the field of learning and research.
- Conducting any activity of animation and communication.
- Organizing and promoting the scientific events
- Ensuring the follow-up of students, workers, and teachers professional development and recycling programs.
