The Technical and administrative staff of the university administrations (improvement training)

 

Civil servants classified at least in category 10 and above, the administrative and technical bodies of the central administrations, public institutions and research centers may, after consultation with the governing board of the institution concerned, receive advanced training courses abroad.

The programming of professional development courses abroad included in the training and development plans of public institutions and research centers must be carried out on the basis of agreements concluded within the framework of international cooperation and inter-university partnerships.

Only candidates meeting the following conditions may be selected by the home institution:

1-Present a project for a professional development course with a reasoned opinion from the head of the establishment and an opinion from the board of directors, highlighting the expected impact and the impact of this internship.

The application for a short-term fellowship must be submitted to the faculties/ the general secretariat of the university

The folder contains:

1- A short-term internship application (nominative, signed) specifying the itinerary (plane journey) according to the model.

2-A signed and validated work plan aimed by the hierarchy highlighting the expected impact and impact of this internship.
