As part of the training and development programs included in the institution’s development plans, students enrolled in doctoral programs (non-salaried doctoral students) may benefit from short-term internships within the limits of the budgetary appropriations available within the institution. PhD students selected by the scientific councils must fulfill the following conditions:
1-To be enrolled in a doctorate in accordance with the regulations.
2- Justify a research topic signed by the supervisor with a precise schedule of scientific works.
The application for a short-term fellowship must be submitted at the departmental level
The folder contains:
- An application for a short-term internship (nominative, signed) stating the participation in seminar or international scientific conference, specifying the itinerary (plane journey) according to the model.
- The certificate of PhD enrolment for the current academic year.
- Justification of a research topic targeted by the supervisor.
- A legalized certificate of unemployment ( declaration on honor)
