Participation in scientific events
Professors and Senior Lecturers « A » and « B » may receive scientific leave of not more than seven (07) days duration for a short-term training to participate in seminars and conferences if they justify an invitation to communicate in the framework of an international seminar or scientific conference.
The application file for a scientific leave must be filed at the level of department.
The folder contains:
1- An application for scientific leave (nominative, signed) stating the participation in an international seminar, or scientific conference specifying the itinerary (plane journey) according to the model.
2- Confirmation of the participation
3- Communication text.
