Presentation of the Communication Cell

The communication unit of Bouira University aims to promote, publicize and acknowledge, internally and externally, all the university activities and ensure the dissemination of information to the administrative staff, teachers, students and anyone wishing to have information from the university. This cell was set up in September 2012, under the authority of the Vice Rectorate for External Relations, Cooperation, Animation, Communication and Scientific Events. In order to fulfill its mission, the communication cell focuses its efforts on communication: Written and web.

The main activities of the communication cell:

Communication and Press/ Media

The broadcast of information via press and media

The communication cell manages the UAMOB’s relations with press and media. It is in charge of:

  • Organizing meetings with press
  • Organizing conferences with press
  • Drafting communications and press folders
  • Editing the press review.
  • Events coverage and the institutional ceremonies.

Communication and Web

The dissemination of information via the website

  • Contributes to the updating and the animation of website’s content mainly by writing news or any other type of presentation.
  • Ensures the regular updating of information on the main pages of the internet site.

The dissemination of data via different digital media and social networks

Social networks: The social networks are a strategic communication tool. The university presence on some social networks allows it to be known,  develop its image and to be in a continuous contact not only with future students or students already enrolled, but also with any other external person.

Publications

Since October 2012, the University of Bouira has created a monthly newsletter for the dissemination of the main events related to training, research, cooperation and diverse activities. The edited numbers, until now, are available on the university website:  www.univ-Bouira.dz/
