Applicants for university qualification must meet the following criteria:
- One of the eligibility criteria for the candidate regards the possession of a doctoral degree, at least one year ago, or other foreign diploma admitted in equivalence.
- To be assistant professors in charge of lectures.
- Full time senior assistant professors.
- To be installed in the rank he/ she occupies.
- Having carried out high-level and valued research work.
- Their results through publications in well-known scientific reviews, national and/or international contributions or the filing of patents
- To demonstrate his/her teaching experience by providing teaching manuals , lecturing and supervising master students
