The university qualification is considered as an important step in the scientific career of the teacher-researcher, and the teacher will be allowed to supervise a doctorate thesis, magister thesis, research project, or multiple projects or to lead research team. He /she will also be allowed to gain the title of the qualified teacher and to be promoted to professorships grade.
