In a step reflecting the University of Bouira’s commitment to keeping pace with the reforms undertaken in the higher education and scientific research sector, and in accordance with the provisions of Ministerial Decision No. 020 of May 4, 2026, which defines the information and specifications of higher education diplomas, the first Bachelor’s degree certificate for the 2025–2026 graduating class was signed today. This marks the issuance of the University’s first diploma under the newly adopted official format.
This achievement is the result of a collective effort and close coordination among the University’s various administrative and academic units, which mobilized all necessary resources to ensure the successful implementation of this process under the best possible conditions, particularly through:
Thorough verification and meticulous review of students’ records,
Reviewing the data and ensuring its accuracy and compliance,
Verifying the translations and ensuring the consistency of all information,
Issuing the certificates in accordance with the new technical specifications,
On this occasion, we extend our sincere appreciation and gratitude to everyone who contributed to the successful completion of this process, including the University’s administrators, staff, and faculty members. We express our special thanks to the Vice-Rectorate for Pedagogy, the relevant administrative departments of the faculties and the two institutes, as well as all those involved, whose professionalism, sense of responsibility, and spirit of teamwork were instrumental in the success of this initiative.
